I have been wanting to lose weight for a long time to reduce my joint pain and fatigue. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is thinking about trying it. The program is very easy to follow, simple steps to take that make a big difference. I was never told that I had to give up any particular food or make any crazy changes to my eating in general, or exercise two hours a day. I have lost almost 20 pounds to date, I feel better, my clothes fit again, I have a lot more energy. When it comes down to it, it wasn’t as difficult as I thought to make changes. I don’t feel like I’m deprived or like I need to starve myself to achieve my goals.
