Wellness Works Services
OMC's one-on-one health behavior change intervention significantly reduces participant at-risk health behaviors over time and reduces the rate of health care cost increases due to lifestyle related health service utilization.

Wellness Works Services:

"Sick" care costs are directly related to personal lifestyle choices, which can be controlled.

At-risk health behavior directly contributes to the rising incidence of chronic disease and its associated higher health care costs.

Significantly reducing at-risk health behaviors in your covered population decreases the rate of growth of health care costs.

ROI is at least 3:1 for medical costs in "health ready" companies.

A well workforce is significantly more productive.

We will help you take the 5 basic steps to a healthy and productive workforce:

1. Determine your organization's "health readiness"

2. Bring your management team at all levels on board to support your health and productivity intervention

3. Identify, train, support, and empower a Wellness Team as the strategic leader of your wellness intervention

4. Assist in program "kick offs" to all your potential participants

5. Provide an ongoing, software-tracked and supported, one-on-one worksite behavior change intervention, or train and support your qualified personnel to do so

Our clients' wellness programs have received high praise on peer review. Our oldest client has been awarded both the Gold and Platinum awards for worksite wellness by WELCOA (www.welcoa.com). In addition, they have won the prestigious Corporate Health Achievement Award from the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 2004 (www.chaa.org).
